Criss-Cross Directory Information Policy

It shall be the policy of the Taunton Public Library Board of Trustees what when the library is asked to provide criss-cross directory information OVER THE TELEPHONE, the library will only verify the information provided by the caller., Any additional information requested can be obtained by viewing the directory in person or by calling directory assistance or by calling the criss-cross directory vendor.
