Decertified and/or Closed Public Libraries Policy

It shall be the policy of the Taunton Public Library Board of Trustees that any closed or decertified Massachusetts Public library's community will have access to reference and reading rooms in compliance with 605 CMR 4.01 (1) MBLC Free Public Library Services Regulations witch states that "all residents of the Commonwealth shall have access to reading and reference rooms under the same conditions as residents of the community."

No direct borrowing or interlibrary loan privileges will be allowed.
