Today I received a library card from the Taunton Public Library!!

I filled out the card and put my name, address, and telephone number on the application form.

_________________ signed the application form for me so I could start taking materials home right away.

_____________ will remind me to take care of the materials I check out so they don’t get lost or damaged and I am not late returning them.

Things You need to know:

1. If materials are lost or damaged, they will need to be paid for.

2. If materials are late, there will be late charges.

3. If you want me to be able to use the Internet or personal computers at the library, you will have to go to the Taunton Public Library and read and sign a special permission form.
