Library Hours Policy

It shall be the policy of the Taunton Public Library Board of Trustees that the library will be open to the public Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays from September through June from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

All stack areas will close at 7:45 p.m. on weekdays and 5:45 p.m. on Saturdays.

All computer operations including check-ins and Checkouts will shut down at 7:50 p.m. on weekdays and 5:50 p.m. on Saturdays.

The Library will be closed Saturdays in July and August.

Closed Sundays and legal Holidays.

Please have all materials photocopied and ready for check-out by 7:45 p.m. on weekdays and 5:45 p.m. on Saturdays.
