Weeding

A weeding project in adult fiction will begin the week of 10/9/06. Those who shelve fiction will weed their own sections. When you are doing your shelving please check for books that are duplicate copies and/or are in need of repair. These are your discards. The books you choose to be discarded need to be checked out to patron ID TNDISCARD. If you check it out and a message comes up that there is a hold please fill that hold and do not discard that book.

Put discarded books in bags and ask David to bring them to the Trustee's Room. Beverly and Joan will be stamping and sending them to the Friends' book sale area.

Pleas note; some books are gifts of The Woman's Club or The Friends of the Taunton Public Library. Try to discard the one's purchased by the City first, then the Woman's Club second and the Friends' copies last.
